ABOUT VERONICA CRAFTON

Hi, I’m Veronica Crafton, author of Learning the Language of Autism and founder of Amazingly Uplifted.

For 18 years, I’ve dedicated my life to supporting children with autism, their families, and educators.

My journey began as an assistant teacher at Emory’s Autism Preschool, where I fell in love with helping kids unlock their potential.

As a special education teacher, I gained hands-on experience teaching diverse learners across multiple grades, earning recognition as Teacher of the Year.

But I noticed a gap: many teachers lacked the training to effectively manage behavior and deliver instruction.

Determined to bridge that gap, I founded Amazingly Uplifted in 2013 to provide practical support for educators and parents.

Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise, incorporating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and shifting my focus to empowering schools and families.

Becoming an author was the natural next step and Learning the Language of Autism is my heartfelt guide to fostering connection, understanding, and growth for children with autism.

Don’t let the language of autism be a barrier.

Equip yourself with the knowledge and tools to make a difference.
